Who we are

At Elite Equine Care & Management, we believe exceptional horse care begins with understanding. Every horse, every owner, and every barn is unique, and our goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized support that helps both horses and humans thrive together.

Founded by Mirja Tague, EECM was built on a simple philosophy: great care goes beyond feeding, cleaning, and exercise. It means paying attention to the small details, recognizing changes before they become problems, advocating for the horse's wellbeing, and creating an environment where horses can feel safe, comfortable, and understood.

Today, EECM provides a wide range of equine care, training support, barn management, and client services throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties. Whether we're caring for a single horse, supporting a busy barn, helping owners navigate challenges, or celebrating milestones together, our focus remains the same—building relationships rooted in trust, compassion, communication, and horsemanship.

Most importantly, EECM is powered by a team of dedicated individuals who share a commitment to exceptional care. We believe that the best outcomes come from collaboration, consistency, and a genuine love for the horses and people we serve.
